River city keys was really fast and helpful! I completely forgot the combo for my safe, and they were able to open the safe in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend using them for any locksmith needs, I'm sure glad I did.

I called and was told it would cost $25 + $65 + taxes. Lock smith came and charged me $161.70 (tax included). That's what the two missing stars are about.Otherwise, the locksmith was quick and did the job. He called me before he got here and I let him into the building.Update: I called them on the phone to tell them this and Al said I'd never be quoted the price I was. Gave them a chance to correct this misunderstanding and they did not take it, unfortunately.

I tried to post earlier,didn't go through so I'll repost. I was very impressed with Ben.He fixed my deadbolt,installed a new keyless knob,re- adjusted the front door lock and garage door lock. very professional, knowledgeable,took the time to explain what he was doing and why,advice on how to maintain the keys and locks,even cut a new key on site. In and out in an hour and very reasonanably priced. Highly recommend.Ben is a great guy.

Great friendly efficient service. We called for being locked out of the house at 1:00 am and these guys actually helped us. We called all Edmonton “emergency 24 hour” locksmiths alphabetically and River City was the only business that responded and assisted. Thank you so much for your help, you’ve acquired a customer for life.
