Went in with other family to do their trade in and I saw a truck that I liked. Took it for a test drive and bought the truck! Nolan was amazing and great to work with!! He followed up with me after and when I had a light bulb turn signal issue, they fixed it right away! My family circle now has 3 vehicles from them and we are ALL happy with our purchases! I would highly recommend Nolan as your salesperson and the House of Cars in Airdrie for your next vehicle!

Working with Joseph was an amazing experience. Taught us so much and not only helped us find a perfect vehicle but helped us build an easy to understand plan about how to use the car purchase to improve and build up a great credit. Will be forever grateful for the knowledge and friendly experience.

Terrible experience with HOC Airdrie. Our sales rep was Warren, he promised the world when buying the car, but after the papers were signed there was zero help getting the small things dealt with. Part of or deal was to have a run flat kit included. We had to be constantly on them to get this kit, this took over a month to sort out and finally they got me an aftermarket one instead of the one for this car. The scratches that were supposed to be fixed, never actually happened. We trid multiple times to get the car booked in for the scratches with Warren with no success. I finally got a hold of the manager, he told me they would fix them by end of day wednesday or Thursday morning. I came back Thursday morning and the car hadn't even moved from where I left it and nothing fixed. They promise the world but don't follow through with anything after papers are signed. I will not be dealing with Airdrie HOC again. I understand these are small things that we wanted in our deal and they couldn't even follow through with those. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from these guys in the future. If you do buy from them, make sure you have everything that is part of your deal already completed before you drive off that lot. They have lost all my trust in House of Cars, classic used car salesmen.

So happy I went with these people! Luis and Joseph did everything they could to get me approved, even though I did not have high hopes! The car came in excellent shape and warranty, so I've got no worries on that end either. All in all, would totally recommend working with Luis and Joseph!

So wife and I looking to buy a second vehicle and we searched non big name dealers for one and came across house of cars. Highly recommended good reviews right off the hop. Warren messaged me right away I told him 6+ seater vehicle for our family and we settled on a minivan. We live in fort Saskatchewan so they drove 2.5 hours and delivered it on my wife’s birthday to our house, followed by balloons and glow sticks for the kids! Our Kids got more of a surprise then she did lol. Finance manager Brandon was excellent and he accommodated my wishes and understood the minor issues with the vehicle but made up for it through awesome communication and listened to my plan of action which worked for both of us therefore he made the process very easy stress free. This was our first experience buying a USED vehicle without test driving it or looking at it first (only FaceTime video from Brandon). No vehicle is perfect being 5 years old but with that I can honestly say I will buy from them again and they truly show loyalty and work hard and earn your business no matter your credit/life situations. Brandon is a busy man at work but with that comes true respect for the job that he does definitely not easy crunching numbers . We are proud minivan owners (thought I’d never say that lol) Thanks

Brandon and Luis were awesome to deal with --- very friendly and personable. They got us a better finance rate than our own bank that we've been with for over 30 years could. Our whole transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. Our new vehicle was brought right to our home, which is near Edmonton, at no additional cost. We would definitely deal with them again.
