MixTree Languages | English Courses in Amsterdam

It's a good school, but I think I'd like more conversation classes to improve my fluency.I finished the 6 week course and asked about continuing at the level but studying subjects not yet covered in class, to cover the entire book. It's been 6 days since I sent the email but I still haven't had a response. I'm sorry about that, because as I don't have an answer I'm looking for other schools.

I recommend MixTree Languages ​​to everyone! I took the A2 course with them and I am very happy about this, since I started to speak easily) the classes are chosen competently and interestingly)

I took 2 general courses last year and would like to give people some advice based on my experience.Personally I would give three because the courses I took couldn’t give me what I needed, but I would go four because it can give better value if what they provide can match to someone’s needs.As far as I know, they don’t provide any conversation course (pls correct me if I am wrong), and general courses are focused on the grammar side, but the level test is short video call which would determine someone’s conversation English rather than English grammar. (I couldn’t remember what school it was, but I saw one school provided a link to free grammar test for the level test, maybe that can be a good alternative for them?)So if you are good at conversation but not good at grammar, or vice versa, the level from their language test might not fit you that well. I personally felt the courses were too easy because I am not good at conversation but better at grammar. And I saw someone was really struggling with the courses because his conversational English was good but his level of grammar wasn’t matching the course’s prerequisite.And depending on who would be your teacher, your conversational English might grow or not, but they will provide you with good English grammar regardless of who would be the teacher.

I had a pleasant time at this school and I want to thank Mixtree Languages for an awesome experience. The best thing that I saw was the entusiasm and professionalism showed up by the staff and teachers when helping us to improve our English and even taking us out of our comfort zone.

Incredible and trustable atmosphere that allowed me to improve my English communication and vocabulary skills. The teachers are great and ensure interesting activities during classes where you are challenged to discuss about a huge range of topics helpful to day to day situations.

We enrolled my niece there, and the attention and context has been very good. They have Free English Level checks to determine what course is best for you, this includes an online test and a small chat with one of their teachers. The one my niece had was accurate and the person chatting with her was very nice and kind. They offer online classes as well.

Hello, I am writing from Turkey. I want to come to the Netherlands with a language school, but I am afraid of having a visa problem because Turkey is not a member of the European Union.

The best course ever! I strongly recommend Mixtree for anyone at any level. I attended the B2 Intensive English course for a month. In a short period, I progressed a lot! The course materials, teaching method with plenty of games, and the chance to experience 2 different teachers/accents in one course were unique.
