Went back hopeful to get other employees and got conner hopefully I spell that right haha he was impressive to deal with very friendly checked up a couple time while I was bathing my pup over all very pleasant experience with him. Thank full all are not like my other experience.⭐️Clean store came in at 5:40pm with new pups wanting new dog food/tags done and got ignored by the worker there. (Short curly hair) no greeting or asked if we needed help. She then greeted and helped the costumers that came right after us:/ other workers have always been helpfull not sure what happened tonight. Disappointing.

My husband and I absolutely love our local Bosley’s. Team-members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Each time we go we leave feeling better than when we arrived. If there isn’t a size for either of our fur-babies, they bring what we need in. Excellent choices for kibble. Excellent choices of collars & apparel. We’re very grateful to have a per supply store that is fabulous & local.

I don't live in Oliver and sometimes have challenges in our community buying our brand of dog food. I called the Oliver store on Sunday and asked if they had a certain kind of food for my dogs. They had it and the woman who answered the phone was nice enough to put a bag aside for me just in case! Really appreciated that, in most cases people will say they can do that but don't so it was awesome!

It's just great that they still only change ten dollars to use the dog wash. All shampoo, towels and other supplies including treats are included in this super clean wash station. Kelso loves it!

Friendly staff, always had problem asking them to give me a call when they get items I am looking for in. 1 out 10 times they will call me when the requested product arrived.Happen as well, when I asked for assistance, they went to the back to see if it was in stock. I was able to see them starting to help someone else up re-arranging things.When things are in stock, no problems at all.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Here is our happy healthy Beta and Octo! Yes, some Betas love Octo's and some Octo's are not partial to a school of mates(this one separated himself from the school and the staff didn't think he was going to survive, but he did!). Make sure to know your Betas temperament before adding new tank mates and always quarantine new tank mates for the recommended time period for their species!

The staff is always friendly and willing to order anything they don't have on the shelf. Excellent service. Lovely self-service doggo wash.
