I use to shop here alot.... then I had a really bad experience with the employees and stopped going for a long time..Recently I decided to give it another chance and I was really impressed ... I have shopped here now a few times in the last couple months, and the employees were super friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Completely different atmosphere then before.Although the prices are quite steep.... it's a nice treat once in awhile !!!

Me and my bestie went shopping at LUSH Chinook today and had an amazing experience. I went in looking for a specific product. We were promptly greeted by Namoi and they took the time to show us products, they did demos with us and answered all the questions we had. Then they gave us space to shop on our own and gather any of the products we wanted. At the til Naomi rang us through efficiently and sent us home with samples. I was then able to take these samples home to my husband and he is excited to try them out. All-in-all it was and amazing shopping experience and it wouldn't have been the same without Naomi's excellent customer service!

I’ve been to this location dozens of times and the staff are always super lovely. But this past Saturday I went with my niece and nephew (5&7) who were very excited and wanted to touch everything. The staff were very kind to them and allowed them to use a bath bomb to watch it fizz and bubble. Their patience with little ones was very much appreciated. Everyone working that afternoon was amazing (Oct 1/22).

We had our daughter's 12th birthday party at the Chinook mall Lush store tonight and it was fantastic. Every interaction, from booking by phone, to picking out options beforehand, to the party itself, was amazing. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and surprisingly cool when your 12-yo manages to get a whole jelly soap stuck in the ceiling. And the goodies?! So good. Special shout out to Randi and the team for just being awesome. Now I want my birthday party there.
