Rockcliffe Flying Club
Rockliffe Flying Club is a great home base for students, renters and owners alike. It is well situated in Ottawa and run by a great team of pilots and flying enthusiasts. As a rental pilot, I appreciate the flexibility in the online booking system and the constant availability of a plane when I need one. The fleet is well maintained and the facilities are welcoming. I fully recommend Rockliffe Flying Club!

Don't waste your time.To be fair, I can't rate the quality of aircraft or the quality of instructors or people. I can only rate the quality of customer service. I have my private pilot license, and when I called to inquire about being checked out and renting, they told me they were full, and had a waiting list of over 180 people wanting to join. When I pointed out the non-member rates on their website, they dismissed them as they must be old."Despite anything you read on their website

Best place in the greater Ottawa region to learn to fly. Not only is it a flight school with top quality instructors, it is also a club where members enjoy coming out and always enjoy helping students.

Rockcliffe Flying Club
I trained at RFC for my private, commercial and instructor ratings over 15 years. Now I work there. No hesitation recommending it to people for flight training or as a flying club. Only downside for owners looking for a place to base their planes is a lack of hangars on the field, only tie downs.

Always a pleasure to go fly there. Very helpful front office dispatchers. I was lucky to have Ryan Johnson as my - patient! - instructor. Great effort in the demanding job of keeping the airport and the aircraft up to standard. If you consider learning to fly, this is the place.

Rockcliffe Flying Club is a warm and friendly place where friends go to fly. The staff are all very helpful and passionate about aviation. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. The flight instructors have a good range of skills and make flying easy for everyone! I'd recommend visiting the Club and booking a sightseeing flight. You'll see Ottawa like never before!

Great flying club. More community gathering place if persons of similar interests. Always meeting different people flying in or out. Great staff. Friendly all round. Best of all is Tony's food but. Gazebo and chairs and picnic benches nearby. Tony has quite a menu for this small airport and satisfies most palates. Love being part of that airport. Now we have our own wings. Will be there more often. Easy commute from downtown Ottawa by car or taxi.

Great club and flight school. Our 15 year old has been learning to fly there for the past year and is loving the instructors, club members and is very happy with his progress.
