updated review:Original work seemed great however we originally had our whole roof done and now we have more leaks than we originally had.For less than a year in; the work isn't something I could reccomend. Someone came and fixed some of the roof issues however we now have interior damage that no one is addressing as well as unknowing if there are more issues on the roof.A brand new roof shouldn't of resulted in more damage to our home with issues we didn't originally have.Really disappointed.

I booked with Polar Bear the second I got the keys to have my windows replaced. Marcel was amazing! Came out within a half hour (they knew I was from out of town, and going back to Niagara the next day). Marcel told me I needed to replace the doors too, but wasn't pushy about it. He understood my budget, and worked within it. When we made the permanent move to Timmins a couple months later, we quickly found he was right. We had him come back (not just once, but twice) and added two doors, siding and a new front porch to the window order. I had the guys out this past week to do the windows/doors and siding. I cannot rave enough about Denis and Pat! They are incredible! Fast, super nice, professional, and went above and beyond. Waiting on the cement to be completed for the front porch, and have requested these guys to come back out to finish the job. Next summer we've already prepared to put up a new fence, and you can guarantee I won't be going anywhere else but Polar Bear for the job. As a first-time home owner, I won't trust my house to anyone else. Thank you for confirming there are amazing construction companies out there, who hire only the best of the best to take care of their customers. It's a huge load off a homeowner's mind.
