Had a delicious Sunday roast here, the best in Vancouver. Staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t of done more for us. Would highly recommend for anyone who misses a good Sunday roast if your from uk/ireland

Owner/Chef does has not paid us (a local startup) for almost 3 months despite countless follow ups and reminders. Owner Robert Heathman takes advantage of generosity. Make sure you are paid before you do any work or sell anything to this business.

We were passing by and looking for a place to brunch, and that was a good surprise. We've been invited in by the front guy also promoting his starting business with a free mimosa. Honestly i wouldn't have picked this place for a brunch at first sight because it looked more like a cocktail/wine bar, but the food was really good, and the drinks were nice. Also good/relax music from the DJ at the entrance. Cozy place and friendly staff, that's a yes :)

The Rosette has some problems with an old business partner whom is no longer with us. I am the Head Bartender and can assure everyone that Robert has been trying to undo the mess which happened when he had to travel to England. We have an amazing chef and are dedicated to providing top of the line customer service. We are in the process of fixing the wrongs previously done by the old owners. Please come in and chat with one of us if you were one of the old employees from last winter. As for the new employee that worked one day, we just decided to go in a different direction. Robert tried to pay you, your customer service was not the what we were looking for. We thank you for your time and please call and ask for me Angelyn and I will make sure you get your wages for the 2 hours you were here. We will be having a new grand opening and I believe that this is gonna be a top place to come dine, drink, socialize and just have a wonderful evening out please come check us out. You won't be disappointed.

The owner of this restaurant owes me eight hundred dollars for work done over CHRISTMAS season of 2021. We were supposed to get paid on the 23rd of December and he simply did not care.I wish this man the absolute worst in his business endeavours here in B.C.A horrible display of treating hospitality workers like they are disposable is all this crooked man has to offer OUR city.

Went here for brunch because there was a long wait at catch 122. We got free mimosas as an incentive. The staff were so amazing and polite however the food was subpar. I was really looking forward to the shakshuka and salmon lox we ordered. The bagel the salmon came on was stale, the poached eggs on top were hard boiled. The salad that accompanied both our dishes were soggy and boring to the palate. The shakshuka advertised halloumi but I don’t believe I received any. I really wanted to like this place and I hope they take this review as a positive because the decor and vibe is so wonderful. I would pay more attention to the menu. The plating was adorable as well—the added a sprig of rosemary wrapped in twine around the napkins.

One of the best eggs benny I ate so far. They have a kind of layered potatoes that you’ll die for more! My choice was the pancetta Benny and it was just amazing, the only improvement I would suggest is asking how the egg should be poached, soft, medium or hard.Zoe was outstanding in her job being very attentive with my group.

He keeps promoting his restaurant on all the expat channels begging people to come try his roast dinners. You then find out he's been hiring members of the expat community and withholding their wages in an economic crash! The owner Robert Heathman has no soul. My friends were told by people from the UK on social media that he did exactly the same thing in Devon at his last restaurant/bar - horrible behaviour - I will never support this man or this restaurant - I hear the chef that works there is a good guy I hope he's getting paid and he's goes to find another job - nobody should work for an individual like this.

Couldn’t be better! We are waiting in line for the restaurant next door as we hear Mimosas are half price at Rosette. We didn’t come for the mimosas, we came for the great menu and were surprised with 100% service (hard find in the area) and great DJ. Zoe was amazing: friendly and knowledgeable. The salmon lox dish comes with a potato rosti instead of muffins or bagels. The hashbrowns are one of a kind, cubes of layered potatoes perfectly fried. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone willing to have an unique experience. Support locals!
