They have the best take-out pizza, way better than all the fast-food pizza I've had before. Crispy crust, not oily at all, and lots of veggie options to make it a healthy choice.

Bought a pizza about 10 years ago and never have gone anywhere else since. Amazing pizzas, sandwiches, everything. Great service at this location we frequent and nice friendly personnel. We started coming to this one 4 yrs ago and it's our favorite. Thanks for all your hard work.

Love It! Since Many Years We Buy Pizza At This Location.What I like the most is their crust and gives the olive oil bottke to add in the pizza if you like.

Pizza Nova has always been our go to for many years and sadly this is our second bad experience.Two large pizzas with the first extremely dried out and tasted like “cardboard”Needless to say we will no longer will be customers at this chain.

My friends and I visited around lunchtime. We were simply minding our business while one of my friends was purchasing something, and one of the workers began violently yelling at us, telling her to leave and if she didn't comply he threatened to call the police. I believe this was very rude as my friends and I are extremely unproblematic and we are customers. My friend feels that It was racially motivated as she is a woman of colour. The only thing I cold imagine could bring such outrage in him was the fact we had food from somewhere else in our hands, but we weren't even eating it. I hope this problem can be fixed so no future altercations take place, and no one else has to feel like my friend did today.

Usually love pizza from here, but this particular location can never seem to get an order correct. I'm lactose intolerant so I ask for my pizza and garlic bread with no cheese, but so far with every.single.order they just have to put what looks like extra cheese on everything. Then they just push it off to customer service because they just can't seem to follow the simplest instructions. Don't bother going here unless you're up for disappointment.

Been going to the monastery plaza location in oakville for over 20 years - grew up around the corner - this time I ordered a med pizza and 10 wings - they must have tried to reduce costs and charge the same amount. The wings were tiny compared to before and the pizza barely had any cheese. I ordered a thin crust which i know should be thin but it was soo much thinner than usual, could almost see through it lol. Just be weary that it's not the same pizza place it used to be, Hopefully they stop cutting corners after COVID settles. I will not be ordering until then. UPDATED: tried it again after like a year and whatever you don't order thin crust, you won't need to lol. This is the regular pizza. Super thin, like no cheese either.. Just pick a different place
