I wanted to thank this pharmacy, in particular pharmacist Taylor and staff, for their kindness, compassion and willingness to help during the children's Tylenol shortage. During a difficult time for parents I've found other pharmacists to be condescending and dismissive at being asked the question. Taylor, although so busy, was extremely helpful with a solution, thorough and so kind. Much appreciated!

Thank you to IDA for providing our family with highest level of support and care. I will never go back to the Walmart pharmacy again, the people who work here genuinely care and it shows in their willingness to look into things and go the extra mile. Spent 12 hours in hospital with severe Covid symptoms. Was prescribed Paxlovid by Joseph Brant Hospital. When I leave and head to this pharmacy, the pharmacist tells my husband and I quote... The dr is WRONG

We became loyal customers during the pandemic. All the staff were highly responsive and helpful in helping us determine our best approach regarding vaccinations. We ended up switching all of our business from Shoppers Drug Mart that had been missing the personal experience for several months. I highly recommend Colleen and her team!
