BIG O TIRES HASTINGS/BURNABY

While having my tires rotated at Muffler Man on the same block I was told my rear brakes were almost gone and needed replacing. I came to Big O Tire for an estimate to replace my rear brakes. When I was there the mechanic brought me over to my car and showed me all four of my brakes. He told me I still had over 70% of my rear brakes remaining and he didn't feel right to replace something that was perfectly fine. I'm thankful that I came to this shop today. The service at the front desk from Tracy was excellent. I am beyond thankful for the honesty and transparency the mechanic displayed today. In the future should I require any vehicle services I will be coming here knowing that the people who work here are honest and fair. Thank you.

Had a screw that punctured my tire as I was coming off the Barnett Highway. Nick was able to quickly inspect and assist. Very honest and helpful.

My friend recommended that I come here and he wasn’t wrong. I had an emergency blow out in my rear tire and I have low profile tires so they needed to be changed ASAP. Nick is the man you wanna see. He is very straightforward and inform able, within less then an hour my car was done and ready to go. Will definitely be back!

Got my road inspection done. Nice people, quick service but they stick the worst stickers in the world. Such a poor quality and can’t be removed easily.

I went to this shop to do an out of province safety technical inspection and I can't stress this enough, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE . They won't give you your inspection pass sticker unless you agree to fix a bunch of unnecessary things.I had the unpleasant experience to meet Steve and his car mechanic partner who provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!After they gave me the list of problems" they found and I ask them to show them to me

Cannot say enough about the service I received at this location. Nick & Steve were great to deal with and I'll be seeing them in the near future for some repairs I've been putting off. It's hard to find an honest shop these days and I'm so glad I found them!

Nick goes far and beyond to ensure your car is in excellent condition, he is super friendly and ensures customer satisfactory. The new team under Steve is great, Steve continues to work with Nick which is really a great team as they both have amazing experience. This is the place to go to if you want assurance of vehicle best maintenance.
