Purchased a bracelet from this store and after a few days of wearing it, the shape of the bracelet completely changed and it is not wearable at all. Took it back to the store and they made 101 excuses as to why this occurred. Not one solution was offered. Had they even recommended sending the bracelet out to be fixed, even that option would be appreciated. The bottom line is that the jewelry is very cheaply made and I would never recommend this store for gold to anyone. There tons of gold stores nearby that have amazing customer service and high quality items. Avoid this shop.

One of the best stores in GTA. My experience here was extremely satisfying. They have beautiful collection of dainty sets. Owners of this store Mr. Akram and his wife were extremely patient and helped me pick out the best gift possible. Very professional and eager to help not to mention great prices!

When I went, the store was not busy as the others jewelry stores in the plaza. I was hesitant to go in but I wanted to see what they had. Went there with my girlfriend and saw their selection of chains. They had a decent selection, but a lot of the designs were the same as other stores. I was able to find one that the other stores did not have. Uncle gave me a fair price and said his gold is 22k From Singapore. The box they gave with it is nice and sturdy and not some cheap plastic material. Love the chain. But what I really appreciated was that my girlfriend also had a issue with her nose ring which she bought at a different jeweller. Uncle and aunty happily helped her by filing down the nose ring for a perfect fit free of charge!!! Hope this helps anyone trying to decide.

In June 2021, we shopped there more than $10k+ for my wedding!! We still waiting for the boxes for the jewellery we got it from them. They said, they are getting new ones in 2 days and it’s been more than 6 months….called many times the boxes are still not there…wondering how are they even open!!! I read few comments below now before writing this review…the person mentioned the actual cost was $3,500 and gave them for $7,500! We calculated and told them this is what it suppose to be and they were very rude about it! They don’t want you to bargain at all but they claim their prices are reasonable!! The man really knows how to rip off the customers!! Plus, my necklace is already falling apart!! Be carefull!!!
