Virtual Worker Now INC

Clueless HR asked me to fill the form several times, asked for my number without the code which he/she can do but apparently too lazy to do so, asked which departments I'm intrested in, asked me to re-fill the form by choosing 1 department. Then I get sent a giant quiz that has nothing to do with what I'm applying for, it made me feel like I'm applying to a school and not a job. After all this going back and forth then I get informed that I'm not qualified? Which is something that can be discovered by looking at my resume from the start, knowing that the job is just customer support which I know I'm more than qualified for. Absolutely unacceptable treatment, horrible disgusting recruiters, very unprofessional and based on reviews it seems it's what this company is known for. Do us all a favor and shut down, stop wasting hopeful applicants' time.

This is the worst company with the worst management ever ! Dont you ever think of being recruited there. Its such a disaster! You are definitely a lucky person if you had the time to request to resign, because you can be terminated on the spot without even knowing !

The company seemed professional on many levels and the recruitment phase was very smooth up until the interview.They postponed the interview informing me that they will reschedule, and since then, no news or reply even after sending a follow up email.

The recruitment is 0 out of the 10 the company is going to trash with such an hr, after asking so many questions and asking me to fill the same form 3 times, he/she decided to inform me that i haven't met the minimum requirements.This company is a bold title for unprofessionalism and disrespect.

The higher management is a bunch of failures, they don't have crisis management skills and the easiest thing they can do is terminating their employees in a blink of an eye if they can't afford their salaries without pre-notice period or any compensations offered. Shame!

I applied to them via LinkedIn and sent a follow up IM to the recruiter who immediately responded and showed interest in my CV. He asked my salary expectations, then consulted with his VP"

One of the worst recruitment experiences i ever had!I applied for VA vacancy, took a very very long skills test which took days to complete and then got no reply from the recruiter, messaged the HR manager via linkedin, he apologized and said will look into it, then he also stopped replying to messages!
