Absolute pleasure to deal with. I popped in looking for my first rifle and Chris was more than happy to show me the options and explain what he felt was best for my circumstances. Although I did not purchase right away I'll be back for my Ruger Precision. Thank you guys for all of your advice and friendly enviroment.To anyone new to shooting and hunting this is the first store that o have entered with no ego or attitude. I highly recommend.

Great experience. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with us! And even went into detail about sharing stories of shooting and explained things to the kids. Very friendly great guy, and he gave us a great deal too!Definitely recommend this store over any in Kelowna that if been to.

very similar experience to some of the negative reviews. inquired and requested a very specific part to be ordered and was told i needed to bring the gun in to make sure they are ordering the correct $40 part. why in the world would they need to see my gun when i just told them what i needed?I provided maker and model and the part name.i think it was some sort of ploy to add a gunsmith charge added onto the salei then moved away from the subject and wanted to look into some new ammunition and the guy wouldn't let me read the box, he awkwardly held it like i was going to run off with a box of ammo. the first time i've been treated like that. stay away from this place. it's awkward and they don't seem to care or have any idea of what customer service is.UPDATE went to a different store and they ordered the part with minimal questions and was aloud to touch and read things.

Small and humble shop front leads to a bounty of knowledge!Staff was super helpful and was able to figure out what i needed pretty quickly. Will 100% go back there. Nice work guys.

Absolutely rude. I've been going here for years and they're both extremely rude. I'm fairly new to firearms so I have questions. They roll their eyes, sigh loudly and just show overall frustration and annoyance whenever asking questions. Only reason they are getting any stars is because they ARE very knowledgeable. But they will not be getting anymore of my business. Non of my friends give them business for the same reason. They were the only local gunsmith for a long time. That's no longer the case.

Well first off I would like to say that I have just read all the lovely one star ratings that people have decided to leave for us to read. And what I’ve read is frustration I see that people are dropping off firearms that most likely they are not telling us the age or model or anything like that or how easy or hard it is to get anything in these days as we all know. But they have no problem smearing a very lovely and knowledgable shop that has been there for years. I had the Truly a great experience I am new to owning firearms. I walked in as green as you could be with my girlfriend. Not only were we treated with extreme respect and gifted to with a lifetime of knowledge. I will say this, out of all the gun shops we had been in, Chris Webber was the only gentleman, and I mean gentleman, that took every question that my girlfriend had as if it came from a human being and not from a woman. He offered us a very special Winchester 3030 that we purchased and now will be with us for the rest of our lives. And as far as the rest of our lives go, this small gun shop will have us as Loyal customers. Even the people leaving bad reviews state that Chris Weber has extreme knowledge on what he does. Everyone has bad days. I have been in his shop many times now and he greets us each time with a big smile. And I find myself looking forward to the vast amount of knowledge this kind man has to offer us.Thanks Chris.

Had the greatest experience at Weber & Martin FunSmiths. Chris was so incredibly helpful. Although he did not have the parts I was looking for, he took the time to phone around and found me some in Vernon. What great service you are offering. Defiantly feels great to have a local store with so much knowledge of the industry.

EXCELLENT service. Very knowledgeable. Super friendly. Has more firearms to choose from than GNP. Ammo prices are best in town that I have found. Will be visiting there more often. 1000% recommendation

I contacted the shop in hopes they would file a match grade barrel for me, I was declined over the phone which I thought was rather disappointing considering that their allegedly gunsmiths. So I went to Great North Precision instead, where the work was done.
