This company DOES NOT value customer service in the least! I made a mistake on my measurements for an area rug -- which isn't the issue -- but the fixing of it was the issue -- every time I spoke to Adam or Mike (the owner and Adam's father) the story was constantly changing. Even at the original point of purchase Adam was unprofessional --The final straw was Adam quoted me $200 to pick up, fix and re-deliver my area rug...I tried selling the carpet online unsuccessfully.Called in today to concede to the $200 offer -- and magically in the last two weeks the price has gone up to $250 -- unbelievable how this store has been open for 35 years. Zero empathy for my mistake -- and absolutely unreasonable behaviour to take advantage of said mistake.

Great product, skilled installers, friendly and easy to work with. This was our 4th project with Create a Floor and there will be more!

Very impressed with Mike, the owner at Create-A-Floor in Bradford! He has a big heart for our community and for the families that live here, and he has shown great support for Bradford Bulldogs hockey this fall. This is definitely a good local business to support! Thank you, Mike!

They have good prices and friendly helpful staff

We just had create a floor in to do our whole main floor..I am still in awe.we have used them a couple of times now..and I can't say enough how happy I am with their service.their price their quality of flooring..from the delivery guys to the owner adam for all his expertise.and their installers. we have had brad on both our installs he is an expert so professional attention to detail clean.there is no reason to go anywhere else.thank you so much adam and your whole team..

Thought we had found a true small town professional business until we had a problem with our vinyl click kitchen floor that was installed by them. Initially they stood behind their product, but when the same problem occurred in a different part of the floor, they started to play me off against the distributor. At one point, the owner suggested that we fix the problem of our cracked connections with duct tape! We have no floor and no refund for our defective less than two year old floor. Save your money and do your research before you shop!

We needed to buy floor fast without compromising on the quality and the price.I came upon Create-A-Floor by a pure chance. After visiting so many flooring stores, I was browsing Google and came across them.This family-run business is a hidden gem!I purchased an amazing floor that their supplier had in stock at a great price, that was delivered to us on the same day of the purchase.Adam, Nicole and Michael were very helpful and made things happen. They went above and beyond to make me happy.Thank you so much, guys!

Too bad you can't give a zero rating. Pretty angry at this company and their complete oblivious attitude toward customer service. They're happy leaving a job unfinished!The positive is that they were fast and the price was reasonable. From what I can tell, the product was good quality. However, they will not walk through and screw down your sub-floor to prepare the job. You'll have to pay extra if you want it done properly. Also, they are extremely inflexible and while they promised to have two workers, for the most part, they only sent one. He isn't a big man, and he's used to having a worker with him. He was really struggling with carrying everything and doing the job on his own, which is probably why it took a day longer than expected because he cut out around 2:30 on the days that he didn't have help.Secondly, they WILL NOT source anything more appropriate for your job than what they commonly carry, which is only one type of trim and one type of transition piece, which they leave unfinished. Presumably, you are supposed to unpack and stain any wood that may or may not be used in advance because they will leave an unfinished job. Once the floors are in, they don't care if your doors can close and tell you that it is now up to you to go and hire somebody else to cut down your doors so that they'll close. They will also refuse to come back and pop out any transition pieces so that you can stain them outside, so you have to poison your household instead of them taking ten minutes on the way to another job to pop them out and come back and pop them in, whenever they are in the area. No, that's not true. They will come back, but they'll charge you an extra $200 to do it.Also, because the poor guy was lugging hardwood up the stairs on his own, he scratched the wall and the stairs. Not too major. But when I mentioned it to the owner, he asked his dad to come and see what can be done. I thought that was strange. But it was even stranger when instead of any concept of customer service or standing behind your work, the elderly gentleman basically repeated that there was nothing to be done about the doors but for us to arrange to have them cut down and are they sure that the damage wasn't pre-existing.So, if you want it done fast and you don't care that the job is left unfinished and that the owner hasn't the faintest clue about how to treat customers and actually doesn't seem to know much about flooring except how to take customer's cash and overload subcontractors with more than they can physically handle, then go ahead, give them your business.

These guys are awesome. I went in for advice on how to solve a flooring transition issue, and the guys at Create A Floor was able to recommend the perfect solution. They're super friendly, super honest, and really know their stuff. I highly recommend this place for all your flooring needs. Keep up the good work, Create A Floor!

We have used Create A Floor a few times and have always been very happy with the results. Fair pricing, timely service and the staff has always been a pleasure to deal with. We will be visiting again soon to select flooring for our basement. Thanks for the great service Create A Floor team!
