I would give zero stars if I could. What a brutal and exhausting company to work with. I'm trying to buy out my lease and nobody is telling me where to send money, or how to deliver the money. My 5 year old can put together more coherent answers. AVOID them at all costs.

If I could give them a -1 I would. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in all my life. Several contact attempts to fix numerous issues that are basic to their industry. Utterly terrible. If you have ANY option to deal with another company do it. You will waste your time again and again with this company.

Terrible company, these guys have no responsibility and extremely poor working communication. Keep deducting my money after my finance term was over. I even doubt whether these employees are educated/trained or not!

If you want to get anything done with these fools you will need to show up in person. Choose financing, these guys are too disorganized.

Terrible company. Lease was bought out but they have refused to email or send documents to release the vehicle over 10 days at this point right now. Vehicle is still insured in my name and I am unable to cancel insurance and the dealer who purchased the car off of me is unable to sell it. Staff that answers the phone are all rude. I do not reccomend this company to anyone. Poor customer service

Been dealing with First West for 3 years on multiple trucks, positive experience every time so far. I guess not everyone singhs their praises, but I recommend them without hesitation.

Very Unprofessional and lairs..Here is my story so people can know about them..I leased truck from them few years back.. they were looking for updated insurance of that truck which i have sent them 3 time..Stil them they took truck from yard through baliff by driving it with no plates..I had to pay $5300 to them to get truck lease just because they didn’t get insurance wow??
