Would never recommend this company.The earliest appointment they provided me was 1 week after and at the day of appointment just an hour before they cancelled it and pushed me for another week. Unacceptable

Very professional, kind, trustworthy and personable!I knew they'd need to cut into drywall in order to fix the leak and I was concerned about what it would cost me... after the leak was quickly fixed, the cost ended up being far less than I expected. Anytime I need plumbing services in the future I will be reaching out to them.

Would've been a 5 star experience BUT I found the communication/organization from the scheduling & admin side pretty week. Basically had to call numerous times to ask what's going on and they tried to reschedule/cancel once BUT as far as techs and in-home service experience was 5 star. Pricing was fair - I would recommend Pacific to someone but just give them heads up about office communication issues.

So thankful for the service done by Gabriel at Pacific Plumbing. Even though it was in the evening he was here within the hour and did a great job! It was a messy situation but he cleaned it all up and was polite, sharing helpful advice. Happy to recommend them!

I called for service twice and both times, Mark sent guys within 2 hours to perform the repair and one time he came himself. He understood the timely nature of our need for service. Today I had a faucet installed by John, he was prompt, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Best Plumbing contractors I have ever dealt with !

Highly recommend Pacific Plumbing! I called them for a clogged drain. Marco and Ray were punctual for our scheduled appointment. They worked quickly to resolve the problem while maintaining a tidy work space, and also cleaned up afterwards. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about your situation. I will definitely call again in the future!
