Seven Hockey

My son and daughter have been training with Shawn for the past three years. We had used other trainers in the past, but both children have had much better performance gains working with Shawn and the Seven team. Highly recommended.

My son Toby has been training with Seven Hockey’s Director of Player Performance, Josh Nill, for the last several years. His training has resulted in a marked improvement in his physical play, his on ice presence and overall athletic ability. Josh is a skilled motivator, pushing Toby to exceed his own expectations and to consistently strive to break goals and set new ones. Not only does Josh show great passion for what he is teaching, but he does so effortlessly and with humour and positivity. Josh’s dedication has instilled a greater sense of self confidence and work ethic in Toby on and off the ice.Perhaps the most exceptional part of the experience with Seven Hockey is their focus on developing a connection between exercise physiology and the science of hockey. Understanding how progress off the ice, translates on the ice has enabled Toby to commit to the process and celebrate the results. Seven hockey is more than training and development; it is a culture of support, commitment, and family. We are so grateful to have met Josh and be part of the Seven Hockey family.
