Great store, very high quality products.Staff is amazing, super knowledgeable and willing to help the bees out. Not just in it for the money. They may sell out of things fast but that’s because the product is hard to find and get. They sell a lot because it is so good.

The quality and craftsmanship of the products at Propolis are truly unparalleled, especially when compared with other beekeeping supply companies we’ve been too in the area. I have spoken with Scott many times. He is a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to answer questions and assist with ensuring our bees are happy and healthy. He’s encouraged me to call at any time with questions I may have. We very much appreciate the extra effort he is willing to put in.

I've been meaning to review this business for years as I wanted to make sure my opinion was fair and I believe it will be. Phones are rarely answered to inquire about product availability. Why is this so important? To call before driving 30 minutes one way to the store? Because over 50% of the time they are out of stock of what you will need. I've been sucked in so many times now, hoping that in a pinch they might have what I need for my bees but I usually leave empty handed. Realizing the empty shelves are not the fault of the person working there but whomever does the ordering, as the sales person is always friendly but forced to constantly say, 'we don't have that in stock'. I'm done with your business and will gladly drive the hour to innisfil Creek honey company to give them my business. They answer their phones, and have an amazing inventory which ensures I always have what I need for my bees.

The perfect place for anyone looking for beekeeping supplies. Nice and tidy display with lots of different products. Scott is knowledgeable and helpful.

I always have a great experience when I go in. The team is very helpful and treat me great even though I just have a couple hives. They've helped me with a number of tips and tricks throughout the years.

Products are top notch but the store has very little product in stock and if you ask for something that requires them to contact 'Head Office' you may never hear back. If I experienced the same at another retailer I would assume the location is closing. It's a shame as the equipment is more expensive than average but very high quality.

Great service, sometimes they don't have everything in stock so might want to call if you want something specific. The only bee supply store around the tri cities.

Great store with a very large inventory of stock. Lots of things you dont see at most places including a lot of specialty equipment and accessories. They have everything for the honey room to suit large and small scale operators as well as all the woodenware imaginable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Got my fix of formic and oxalic before the in demand time has everyone sold out.
