Placed an order for a laptop for my wife using a credit card. Paid extra for next day delivery, this was about 7 days ago. My wife called to inquire about the delivery time. She was greeted by a male operator who was rather condescending responding with ok sweetheart". After this first exchange and a few more days of waiting my wife again called and it was the same operator with the same "ok sweetheart" taunting. He also hung up on her mid conversation and continued to hang up on two follow up calls. We have decided to not bother calling the company anymore and tried canceling the order through VISA but have been told to settle the matter with the merchant. That has been our experience with this "company"."
