Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Even had extended hours during the Christmas season, which was much appreciated.

Slow and unorganized they are behind on packages and they decided to close the building up for the rest of the week following Remembrance Day for repairs to to floor. This could of done prior to covid 19 because it was in disrepair for a while now the just added another staff member which is still not enough to deal with influx of new people moving to moosomin. With them closing down the post office they will be putting themselves farther behind especially with the Christmas gifts coming through the mail now they need to increase there staff to fit our population bring in more staff to put them back on schedule for the meantime.

Absolutely the worst customer service from jenelyn! Very rude and clearly does not care about the customers she is working for!

Went to grab my mail today as I do every 2-3weeks just for jennalyn to tell me its not ready again yet when I checked my tracking online it said notice left like it always does or I wouldn't go there to pick up my mail yet, she does this with my girlfriend and I for no reason and the couple behind me got there package right off the cart that my package was probably on with no problem at all! What a peice of Garbage!!
