Westendorp Demolition & Disposal

Extremely horrible place, very unprofessional. I called them on a Saturday asked how long they're open till and they said 12:00 but they're closing their gates at 11:30. I got there at 11:20 and lined up knowing that I had 10 minutes to spare. It took 7 minutes to get up to the window and they just told me they're not taking any more people now because they have too many people in line even though I was there before they closed which screwed up my whole weekend because they couldn't drive around all weekend with garbage on my truck. I even told them that my phone has evidence that I got here before the time they said and they said they didn't care and very rude about it. They also don't tell you about hidden fees that they have as well especially for larger items. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

We dropped by on the way home from a cottage rental to dispose of a small bag of garbage and three grocery bags of empty cans and were charged $30. This is apparently the minimum charge and had that price been posted somewhere visible on site or even on their website we would not have wasted half an hour of our time to be grossly overcharged. Would have rather driven home with the garbage. Our local dump in Niagara charges $5 minimum.

This service works very well and manages a quick removal with only two bays. The initial and final weight measures are quick as is the payment procedure.

We have had accounts at all the waste disposal companies in our area. Westendrip is so handy and they always get you in and out as quick as possibleAnd for the people needing help unloading, on most days they have a staff member there to leand a hand

Quick and easy disposal of 10 ft trailer full of household junk. Prices were reasonable and staff was friendly.

Professional, hard-working, and honest. They did exactly what they said they would do and at a very reasonable price. Though it was a challenging job, they were creative in finding a solution and executed it with a tremendous degree of competence. Their reputation in the Kingston area is well-deserved.

Always the best experience with these guys, we have our bin with them for our family business and they're always so friendly and responsive and do their best to serve us.

Always friendly, easy in and out, very organized and reasonably priced. Just wish they were open all day Saturday when people are working on projects and able to get there.

Absolutely no problem with this place , go on scale when entering,you dump where they tells you,go on scale on your way out and pay the lady in cash or debit (20$ minimum so don't go there with only 1 bag).

Top notch disposal facility with great staff and great rates! Expect lineups on Saturdays but still got in and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!
