Troy replaced the poly-b lines in our place with pex and hooked up a shower pan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the install, including me in decisions to be made and not making assumptions for how things we're needing to be done. He was thorough in how he was installing, being sure to do it efficiently and effectively. He was respectful to my wife and I and made sure we were ready for him to turn off the water so that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. He also made sure that everything was functioning temporarily at the end of each day as the work took multiple days to complete. Would recommend using his service to family and friends and will be calling him for future work.
