There’s always that last touch, that extra mile, that proactivity that makes the difference. I ordered a gin tonic, which usually tonic and gin, but here you get that extra touch of lemon zest and grenade. Just excellent

I loved this place very much. You can find various artistic and musical performances, stand-up comedy, karaoke as well, and the ticket prices are very suitable. The food is not of high quality, but it is not bad. It does the job.

Saw Encuentro tonight. Fantastic! Maria and the band and the male singer were all fantastic. An exquisite evening of music, song, and flaminco dance.

Nice place for arabic community - they organize lots of fun events (standup comedy, speed dating, music,...) every week. Note that not all events are in arabic

I recently visited this restaurant and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff. The restaurant is located in a basement in the Mile End neighbourhood, but don't let that fool you. The food is absolutely amazing and it's definitely worth the trip. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. We ordered a few dishes to share and each one was more delicious than the last. The flavours were so rich and authentic, it felt like we were transported to Syria. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience Syrian cuisine. You won't be disappointed! From the food to the service, everything was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu.

Wow, just wow! This little gem is hidden in the Mile End; you could easily miss it as it’s located in a basement.But the food and the warmth of the employees make this a must if you want to experience Syrian food.In certain restaurants, you may order a couple of items and find most items good and some average. This is not the case here; you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
