Pro-Land Landscape

these guys are the best in the business !

We used Pro-Land about three years ago. We had our entire backyard and down the side done in stone. A little artificial turf for colour and some areas for plants. They were fantastic! They designed the space with any input we wanted and completed the job on schedule. They were very professional, flexible, and went out of there way to make sure we were happy. The quality of work was exceptional and 3 years later everything is great and we still love our outdoor space. I have recommended them to others and my brother and sister have both used there services with the same happy result.

I hired this company to do landscape plans for my property. During our meeting we discussed all the details that I wanted included in the drawings. The drawings were completed, many items that were discussed were missing, when I inquired as to why the response was that Pro-land would need to place the items on site once the job was started. They also told me that they wouldn't be able to start the job until the end of the Summer in 2022 which wasn't an option for us.They should have made it clear that full plans weren't going to be completed unless we used Pro-Land for contracting. That should have been made very clear in the initial conversation. I had to hire another company to come and finish the plans and complete the work.I paid Pro-Land over $4,000.00 for unfinish drawings that did not meet my expectations. I was backed into a corner because I wasn't able to use them for the actual Landscaping due to their busy schedule.The plans I received after many requested revisions did not have existing trees, buildings were in the wrong locations and many requested items were missing.Very disappointed and I feel as though I was taken advantage of.
