Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre
The room was good, paying a security deposit for the room upon checking in was a surprise, security deposit was more than the room $250.00. The biggest issue was the breakfast. Don't drink coffee but pay extra for a hot chocolate. Can't eat eggs so can get a pancake but nothing else. Bacon was extra so my wife can get a full breakfast with Bacon but I had to pay extra for my bacon. Breakfast was a scam

This hotel is going through some hard times. Showing its wear and tear. Little things in need of repair and currently short of staff so there's no housekeeping service. Still, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Enjoyed my stay, there on the whole.

Front desk staff was very very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Room could use some TLC. Our bedside lamp did not work and the smoke detector went off when we had a shower and the toilet did not flush well

Nothing too great about the hotel we had the suite and unfortunately there was not enough consumables for 8 people as we had booked. Overall it was a decent experience as the staff acted promptly when we brought the shortcomings to their notice

Good place for the price. Washroom was a little worn and has no fan. The pool was amazing though and the service was great.

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre
I stayed at the Heritage Inn for the annual Lightchasers Conference. Even will a full house, the service was terrific. Clean room, beds and the front desk were always eager to help with directions or places to eat. I easily would stay at the Heritage next time I pass through Pincher Creek.

I enjoyed the room. The mattress was comfortable. I mean the room could have a slight refresh as it was outdated. However this did not detract from the experience as a whole. I found the staff to be friendly. The breakfast was great. The room I had was quiet and had a decent view

Had a great stay, there is a lounge and restaurant with good food. Pool was down but hot tub was open still. Close to the golf course and easily accessible.
