Perfect apartments for students at Western University. The managers, Linda, Kevin, Kathy, are very friendly, and they've created a great environment. Before the COVID 19 pandemic, we had parties in the lobby with pizzas and drinks. I really enjoy spending time with them and living here.

The Senate Apartments - Skyline Living
I have lived here for 5-6 years and have been through 3 different managers of the building. I was paying a great price for the area so was hesitant to move elsewhere. However, the most recent management has been plain rude. The manager would be confrontational rather than polite when it came to concerns. When I moved out, there was no accountability from staff at all levels since I decided to contact head office. I owned and apologized for my faults but didn't get that same respect back.

Great atmosphere with a large (but quiet) student population in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the east side of the Western campus. The new resident managers are doing a great job of getting maintenance completed quickly and efficiently when necessary, as well as being super friendly and going out of their way to plan fun activities for the residents. Very reasonable rent prices also!

The Senate has welcomed us with open arms. We feel welcome, safe, and appreciated. The new gyms have everything you could need. The building managers are friendly and always willing to help out in any way possible.

The Managers are amazing people and care so much about the residents here at the Senate. In just the few months Kevin and Linda have been here they've thrown a Halloween party, had a communal puzzle, created a jellybean contest and have made lasting impressions on myself and my partner!! I would recommend living here to any of my friends!!

The Senate Apartments - Skyline Living
Not only is the building kept clean and well maintained aesthetically, but the building managers, Kevin and Linda, are very kind, approachable, and timely with maintenance request responses. I submitted one maintenance request, and they arranged with me to come to my apartment within the hour to fix it! They also make the effort to get to know the tenants and make them feel welcome, which I very much appreciate. I would definitely recommend The Senate.
