I attended a Saturday morning class which was a partner workout (so this is a great place to go if you are looking to work out with a friend or partner- it's a little more engaging having someone with you!). The space is fairly small and budgeted but it has what you need for an all-body workout. Your first class is free so it's worth a try!

This place is just awesome. I brought my female Ringuette team for a workout. The attitude of your trainers is so positive and fun. Amazing session.

Don't bother. Absolutely horrific service and sullen staff. You do not feel comfortable at all. Very fleeting demos on exercises to be executed and no advice or corrections when they are being executed with poor form. You would be better off training with a skilled YouTube video.

Low management and dubious code of ethics. I ended the subscription with this gym and they continue to charge my credit card. Not to mention they did not return the amount they wrongly charged.
