Great service all around. A/C stopped working when we tried to turn it on, after having it off for winter. Nothing started up. I called and got a voicemail as it was after hours. I received a call about 1/2 later from Kory. I explained the problem and he said he would come by the next day. Kory showed up in less than 24 hours and was very professional. He was also abiding by COVID-19 best practices (face mask, physical distancing, gloves). He was able to find the problem (loose wiring) and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates for that quality of service. I would recommend again. My only concern was payment, which was done electronically through text. I would have felt more comfortable paying at the time of service or afterwards via phone. However, everything was processed promptly and we received the bill electronically.

Our furnace died in the middle of winter and T&H Heating and Air Conditioning had us up an running with a new furnace in no time. They were reasonably priced, knowledgable and professional. We’d definitely recommend them.

We have tried contacting this company for 2 weeks!!!! Left countless messages and still no one returned our calls! I have never seen a company this bad in my life! How are they still in business? They will do installation, no problem ofcourse. You are paying them. However, servicing, thats another story. 2 weeks!! I don't believe any of these 5 star ratings. PLEASE PLEASE use another company and don't be a victim like we are. GO FAR Away!

I have a 3 year old furnace that needs warranty work to be done. Last Friday January 5, 2017 I called stating my furnace shut down (coldest day of the year), I have left 3 messages that day and still have not heard from T&H Heating, it is now Monday January 08, 2017. T&H Heating calms to do emergency call" during winter months

Kory and his helper were a wealth of knowledge. They fixed the wiring to my heat-pump and cleaned up the mess the last contractor could not do. They saved me time and money. Greatly appreciate the service and help they provided. Would recommend them to anyone who has heat-pump issues

Had some trouble with our air conditioner during the first heat wave this year. Kory from T&H was able to find the issue, discuss a couple different options from repair to replace and took the time to answer all of our questions before we decided to go with the repair. First heat wave of the year and our air conditioner broke. T&H answered the call right away and had someone out to take a look that day. Our AC was fixed in no time! They were friendly, professional and all around a great company to work with! Would highly recommend them!

It was a very smooth process. The staff explained everything really well and was extremely friendly, especially with my 4 year old who had 101 questions. The air conditioner (mini-split) that they installed is very quiet and works great. Thanks Kory and T&H.
