Driver indicated that he tried to deliver. I was at home. I was tracking them on the phone app. They drove away without an attempted delivery. No idea when I will get my package but I am sure this process will continue to be onerous and difficult.

I did self clearance with documents I got from here, but I still received one email asked for duty payment for one of the packages. I have to pay $50 or I need go there again.

Brokerage charges are a rip-off. Phone service is hopeless - they transfer you and nothing happens - just endless music. Will do my utmost to never use them to ship again.

I seriously have NO idea how is DHL still running? I wish I was a lawyer or at least had a lawyer who could defend me in this case. DHL is by far THE WORST to deal with. Customer service agents only repeat automated messages like robots. Nobody has any idea or solution for the poor customer. They Emailed me that my package will be delivered between 5:30 to 7:30 PM. BUT they delivered by 2 O'clock when I'm not even home.Why? God knows! THIS IS MESSED UP!

7 days ago, I dropped off my shipment to a Hospital in Germany at this office. They didn't deliver it on time and at all. They didn't even send it out from this office.Think twice if you need an express delivery. If it is an emergency situation, don't waste your time here.I canceled my shipment today and asked for a refund. They take money in 1-2-3 but they don't fulfill their job with the same speed. Unfortunately.Thank you, never again.

They don't buzz and say they attempted delivery. I waited this whole time and they don't have a phone number readily avbailable. This has happened several times and they charge enormously with automated convenience of import charge fees. We deserve compensation for their poor service. They are the lowest courrier service, especially their pick up point.

Very poor customer service. Paid for express shipping but still haven’t got my package after 3 days. The tracking said it would be delivered after 2 days and it was out for delivery but no driver came to my house they just shipped it and changed the status to missed the delivery and there was no notice outside my door, i didn’t heard any door bell and when I contacted the customer service they started making excuses that due to bad weather there’s a backlog even tho its perfectly clear outside and it’s been 3 days since last snow so the roads are clear. Worst delivery company.
