Run by kids! I waited in an empty line for 5 minutes, with nobody in drive thru, and 6 staff working. Their handmade sign should have told the story - worst Starbucks experience, ever!

Slower than pouring molasses!! Ordered ONE matcha latte today and waited more than 15 mins. 6 staff in the coffee shop. Cannot believe the poor customer service. Will go to Apple Annie's in Orillia next time.

Shoutout to Nathan for his awesome hospitality! We usually stop in here on our way to and from up north. He was so patient and awesome to deal with as we made up our mind about what to order. Really appreciated his positive vibes and great attitude.

Girl wouldnt let me redeem 25 stars. Told me I had to wait until I had 200. I showed her on the App that wasn't the case, I can absolutely redeem 25 stars. She still argued with me about it. Unreal.

Lovely place to grab a coffee especially if you’re waiting for your car to be done at Hyundai across the road. I like that there are spots to charge your phone.

This is probably the best location in Orillia. The service is great, it's never too busy, and there's lots of space to bring your laptop and do some work.

One of the workers was very rudePersonally the ice in my drinks hurts my teeth, and I'd rather have more juice then water in my mango dragon fruit drink.I was then told that I'd only have half a drink instead of the cup being filled when I told the girl that I'd rather go to a different store and get my drink made properly the worker mya" had complained that I was yelling well I was completely calmThen they refused to give me a straw for the other drink I had.Everytime I go to this Starbucks either my order is missing something made wrong or served with the most disrespect I've talked to many of the managers about my problems with their service but nothing has been done.DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOURE LOOKIMG FOR PEOPLE TO BE RUDE NO MATTER WHAT."
