The owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. While the variety of brands is obviously lower than a large chain would offer, the owners have curated their selection based on quality with an emphasis on Canadian made products. I have my food delivered and it arrives very quickly and in perfect condition.

She goes above and beyond searching for pet shops that carry quality brands from Canada.Although I live out of town, she found me three places to try different foods that would help my pets allergiesWe will definitely visit Dorchester Pet Care when we go to London Ontario.Jen and Paul thank you for answering questions and helping relieve a lot of stress that I had. We have had nothing but good things to say about this business. They helped us find a new food for our pug who suffers with different health issues and have also switched her pug sister to the same food and they love it. Owners are always willing to answers questions. We love the fact we can now have the food delivered directly to home!

I have been shopping at this business for quite awhile now, and just recently decided to take advantage of their delivery service - so convenient, fast delivery to my front door! And I love that they take the time to research what pet food they are selling, and focus on quality for our beloved pets . . . as well as Canadian made! Great local business!
