I have had an exceptional experience dealing with the Metro team in London. Initially during construction there were damages to my irrigation system. Upon notifying Hend from Metro about my frustrations, she promptly had Sylvan come out to fix it to which he did a great job! The communication with them was great and they have really made me happy!! Thank you for all your help Metro team.

I just passed your trucks that are working in London Ontario laying fibre optical cable and your men were on a break smoking pot out of the back of one of your trucks. The smoke was billowing out and the stench was unmistakable. This is unacceptable and putting children and others are risk as they walk through these areas. I have alerted the police.

Metro installed Bell Fibe in my neighbourhood (Sunningdale) in London.It took them some time but they restored my lawn as requested and were always responsive and available for a call throughout the process.Thanks especially to Hen.Recommended.

The workers of this company in London, Ontario, physically attacked my friend in University. They blocked off our uber from driving and dragged my friend outside the car and broke his nose. They threatened all of us in the car, we were all underage when this situation happened. We tried reaching out to this company but did not get any response back. Situation will be rasied to police if an answer is not given. I have picture evidence of the car and ID# that blocked us off.

They were working on adding a line a few houses down. While digging with a shovel, they managed to damage a cable for my home's internet connection. The workers said they couldn't help because they didn't know where it had been damaged and I should call my internet provider. This happened at 9:30 am and my internet provider was not able to come and put a temporary line until 4pm the next day. Overall, absolutely careless and my entire day was wasted when I had work to get done.
