They drag the work on. On our street in downtown Guelph they are working on Sunday am contrary to local noise by-laws at 7 am. Slow and inefficient, as they have been tearing up the same street for over one year now.

Was walking down the sidewalk and 2 employees were laying asphalt without any signage. As my dog and I were walking on the asphalt (not clear it was fresh) one employee matter of factly said “that’s hot”. I asked where their signage or pilon was noting it’s a busy sidewalk (Wallace and Symington) and they said they didn’t have one and they told me it was hot (After I had already walked on it). They were extremely rude and did not care that my dogs paws were burnt. Will be reporting to Minstry of Labour.

If you are the company doing the paving at Falkland, Ontario, I would love to give a shout out to the young signal man with the long hair. He made waiting for our turn to drive through the construction area a real treat by dancing the whole time! Excellent personality,hope you give him a raise. Must be a good company to work for if your employees are that chipper.

I came to get material in the capital yard and didn't know where to go. The loader guy with the beard helped me out and was really nice. Super busy but he still managed to find time to help out. thanks

You have our roads blocked and now vehicles cutting through the plaza on silvercreek and speedvale, causing big issues and lots of scares. I myself was almost hit on foot. Your employees were informed, a man with ginger hair said he would do what he needed to make it safe for our customers. So far all they have done is stand around watching the line up of cars cut through. The police have been notified and the city. Your company has done nothing to ensure the safety of others.

Bridge/Lancaster site in Kitchener is an accident waiting to happen. Rude, unskilled, badly trained, badly managed workers. How does Capital keep getting these public contracts? Please don’t bother with the copy/paste response. We know you don’t care.

They pave highways near my home town and they are absolutely atrocious to have to be around. Customer service is poor and they don't know who's to keep traffic going. Never seem to be able to set up sign people or stop lights so traffic can move. I've never sat in traffic for any less than 30 minutes

These people pave speedvale every year and its also the worst road in Ontario, so it says alot. And when you drive past you never see them working. Kinda makes you want them to spend tax dollars getting in one of those road crews from Asia that can replace a entire styway in a weekend, Ro fix a fully destroyed road from a earthquake

Horrible and mis-managed company. This is warning anyone who is looking to do business with them. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU!!! They have no email listed on their website and after completing the work they will just flat out not respond.

These guys are currently working on my street and I was kind of worried at first but I was wrong. They are very professional, very curious to people trying to get down the street and help navigate through the cones and stop machinery so you can pass. They are respecting people property and not causing unnecessary damage. They needed my truck moved to do some work and the guy just asked if it was possible to move it... yup no problem at all I'll move it. I know that sounds funny and such a small thing to mention, but a lot of other companies would freak out. So capital paving, good job guys!! I don't have names for any one but this whole crew seems solid
