Josh who works at the WestBrook branch was extremely helpful and friendly.He is a great person to have working at the front of the business and as a face of the company.He was professional, thorough and calm, all skills necessary for customer service roles.I would recommend he receive some type of career advancement training, if he wishes, as he can go far with any company he chooses.
