Beacon hill location. Nice store, was quiet (two orders of drinks ahead of me) when I got there but it still took about 15-20 minute's before I recieved my order. I'm used to the quick service of other locations (5-10 minutes with others ahead of me), but overall the experience was good and the staff was friendly.

Just had the worst experience at this Starbucks. The girl behind the counter had no idea what they were doing. They messed up one of our drinks. We heard them talking about messing it up and they decided to serve it to us anyways. It tasted nothing like what we ordered. When we asked for her to remake it, she was extremely rude about it. We mentioned hearing them talk about messing it up which only made her give us more sass. They tried to “fix” the drink and made it more gross. And was extremely rude about it.. we tasted it and we’re clearly upset so she finally offered to remake it. The second one was good. But as we were leaving she threw the empty plastic cup from the old drink across the Starbucks (behind counter) in a fit. Have never had service this bad at a Starbucks before. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Mobile ordered wrong drink by mistake, realized while picking up. Told the lady (sorry totally forgot her name), she helped me get the right one for free. The quiet location and atmosphere is great too.

Seems like it is this only place selling coffee in this area, so we have no choice.Unfortunately, the entire staff is wearing mask, I assume they all have covid, trying to prevent transmission to clients.We do appreciate, but if their employees have covid, they should stay home and not just wear masks.

Yesterday my sister came home quite upset after an experience with a younger female barista. My sister asked for an Irish cream Americano, which is not a new menu item. She has had this drink many times before and the barista always knew how to make it. This barista was very rude to her right off the bat, rudely saying she didn’t know what she was asking for in her drink. When my sister asked for a splash of non fat milk, the barista rudely said that Americanos are usually just hot water. Customized drinks are extremely common so not sure what the problem was. This girl then proceeded to purposely put 2% milk in my sisters drink. She then was sugary sweet to the man in line behind my sister. This is UNACCEPTABLE behaviour. I hope this was not racism, to be frank. Please train and discipline your staff to have some class when a customer is paying $7 for a drink. We plan to avoid this location in the future, especially if this barista is working. These other recent Google reviews seem to agree with me. Please do something and stop abusing your customers. We come to Starbucks to make our day better, not worse!

Went in to exchange a faulty product, while the lady who was serving me was pleasant about the issue and apologetic her colleague I’m assuming a manger as she butted into the conversation unnecessary was quite rude without reason! Instead of a simple exchange I had to contact support via phone in order to get this issue resolved which was fine had it not been for the rude employee

Management here seems to not know what they're doing, the staff are clearly overworked and stressed, and there seems to be no communication between team members even during busy hours. Used to enjoy coming here but now it's up in the air whether I'll receive prompt and friendly service like I do at other locations.

I went to this location last time and the cashier who assisted me got an attitude . I asked for a grande cold brew in a venti cup and she gave me this.(she’s the one who took my order and made my drink at the same time. ) I don’t think this one is equivalent to grande.

I am definitely not coming back to this Starbucks. The older lady who works there, her name is Sheri is so unpleasant and off-putting. Her interactions with staff are horrible as well and makes you feel bad for people who have to work with her.
