My happy experience started with service - friendly, competent, timely - good advice on a recall, and they fixed a hanging electrical connector that I hadn't even told them about. And I did a bit of tire kicking with the sales folks while I waited - also friendly and knowledgeable. Nice for KH!

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for a few months and bought my second hyundai. He was the absolute best! So kind and knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. Biggest smile when you walk in! He was very fun to deal with and talk to. Everyone I made contact with in the dealership was very sweet and nice. I also had the pleasure of working with Kyle, who was also amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and provides fast service if I needed something. We just got our new palisade here (we are from North Bay) with kevin this guy offered us a 5 star service while waiting for the car he was always answering the my questions any time (even when he’s not at work) and always keeping me informed i recommend looking for Kevin if you’ll looking to get a car here and the financial director (marlene) was very nice too.Very good service overall.

I didn’t need a new car right away and so I was prepared to wait for a car that met all of my needs without being overly priced due to its glossy image. I checked out every luxury car on the market and I believe that I got all of the safety features that I required and spiffy looks for about $20-$40,000 less than I was prepared to pay. The Hyundai is much in demand and so I found there was absolutely no dickering with the price that was expected to be paid for my Tucson Ultima. My last new car was purchased in 2010 so I obviously have a lot of catching up to do in so far as all of the technological features are concerned but my first two trips from Westport to Ottawa were a thrill!

I bought a used Veloster here and I am really enjoying driving a manual again. The other day the shifting was clunky so I brought it in for them to have a look. After some conversation about the issue the mechanic removed my new floor mats (not purchased at the dealership) and we discovered that was the problem. This simple issue could have cost me a lot of money in exploratory mechanics but I drove away without spending a dime. Thanks so much!

My wife took our Hyundai car to the dealership on Bath road to have our door look at and have a look at our engine. She went the front receptionist and there was treated very unappreciated as if my wife was interupting her. Now this lady directed my wife to the service desk. There explaining our car issues the guy tells my wife to take our car to a Real Mechanic!!!!. Come on !!. really! Place is a joke. Lost my business for sure.!! Surprise with those comments your still in business. Won't ever deal with you in future. Unbelievable.
