It's the second time in several months i go there for my kids and either it's fully closed on a saturday (except for drive-thru) or the play area is closed.If you can't run it, shut it down.

Excellent place to go with the kids. Close to highway 40 (really easy to access when coming from Montreal to Quebec City). The jungle gym is fun and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Food is typical Burger King stuff, which I personally like better then MacDo stuff.

Unfortunately their burner was down so only chicken or fish meals available that day. Great place for young kids as they have a big park.

Don't waste your time!!! Used the drive thru because this place is known for REAL SLOW SERVICE!!! Today is Friday at lunch time. I was 4th car in line and it took 22 minutes to get to the window. Stopped going here 3 years ago because of the bad service, absolutely nothing has changed! Personaly observed 6 cars leave without ordering because of the slow service. If I owned this place I would retrain my staff. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant....

Service is generally okay but sometimes slow and food tends to sit a while before employees notice and serve you. Otherwise food flavor is great!

Food was ok. The restaurant seemed understaffed. The chairs, tables and any surface seemed dirty and greasy. The soft drink tasted weird.

It's a C- for me. Burger King's burgers seem to taste better in other franchises. I've been complaining for YEARS now about the ladie's water faucets that sprinkle all around the sink and soak your shirt. Cleanliness is really an issue throughout the whole building. I certainly hope that the kitchen is kept A-one! It just seems like this chain is left slowly drifting towards its end.The good thing is that it's close to the theatre and much cheaper than eating at the movies. Years ago I know they had a meal+movie offer that was really worth it, but they don't seem to advertise it anymore so I don't know if the deal is still available.
