They have the worst drivers in the city. Driving around in vans with the logo plastered when you can’t drive is not the best way to get business

Today Friday June 15th on the 600 block of main St in Vancouver a van labeled #11 harassed and bullied a driver in a larger truck by parking on the large trucks tailgate obstructing the larger trucks operator from being able to load in and out of the truck. The driver of the Nikls van was behaving aggressively and using loud obscene language. An absolute disgrace to witness.

I've been consistently impressed by Nicls responsiveness. They have a plumbing technician named Russell who has saved me on numerous after hours emergency" situations. His seemingly 10 minute response to all DT YVR call outs is admirable and second to none in my opinion. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the nicls team."

I had 2 electricians, Derek and Ryan in my house for much of the week on a big complex job and they were the most courteous, professional, communicative and skillful. Even though working in less than ideal conditions, they were amazing-- very kind trustworthy and respectful of my space. They also cleaned everything up impeccably and even offered to help with moving heavy furniture back in place. I highly recommend this company.

I work at McDonald’s and this guy came by an ordered a quarter pounder meal with a ice tea. I just respect him for his choices and I’m sure one day I’ll need his services

I am a tenant in a building Nikls owns and manages. I typically do not post negative reviews unless the service or products are so substandard that I feel an onus to warn others.As a tenant of Nikls, I have had several issues that have taken a month or more to have resolved including major appliances, lighting and right now our Thermostat is not working. It will be one month today since I notified them of the problem and the only thing I have been told is that they can not fix it. I will be taking steps to have this resolved through municipal and Provincial authorities as I do not see any resolution coming without it being forced upon them.After reading the posted reviews I am wondering how many were written by employees or ownership themselves.Right now I can not recommend using their services. I will post updates if and when any action occurs.
