The Beer Store

The staff at this beer store is great - not always the case at other locations. I went in when I was pregnant to help my husband get ready for a party. The girls working got the beer I wanted and carried it to the car for me without me having to ask. Sounds like a common courtesy right? Not always. Otherwise the line ups are never that bad as far as I have seen for both buying and returning. I drink a wide range of beers and they are always in stock.

Always quick clean well organized and nice staff who always remember what I buy

Despite not having what I wanted the staff were friendly and honest about certain substitutes I asked about and I appreciate that as a customer and fellow beer consumer lol....just a great store for fast friendly service....

This beer store cashier I think her name was atasha very rude no customer service experience..she kept playing with her phone and then picking her nose she talks very loudly and rude to others customers..I will never shop there again and I will tell others peoples the same thing tooThis is person is ridiculous no respect for anyone's ..SHE NEEDS customer trainingVery poorlyNO STARCASHIER NAME ATASHA

Seems they like to break the law when it comes to honoring medical mask exemptions. Unlawful, heartless and ignorant bunch. Way to show your true Canadian colors.

Good service, could be stocked more consistently with Wells IPA but a good place overall. Easy access, parking.

The staff is super cool and friendly. I have never had a single problem or inconvenience shipping there.

I agree with LISA SMITHme and my boyfriend where there few weeks ago or soAtasha was at the parking lot smoking which it smell like weed with 2 others guys..Laughing and giggling etcShe was maybe there for 25 minutesMaybe she was on her break idkAfter that I went inside I was asking for some help and she like I can't pick up the box my back is hurting me hello I'm 5 months pregnant anyways giving me attitude and giving me dirty looks so I felt the store and told my boyfriend and we went somewhereI will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN TIL SHE IS FIRED NO I DIDN'T SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AT THE TIME I WAS IN SHOCK HOW SHE WAS ACTING ETC BUT THAT WAS BEYOND BEING RUDE WOW ..NO STARPLAIN RUDE NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFULLY AT ALL ..
