Subscribed to the one month plan for $40, was surprised to see that the plan automatically renewed and I was charged a total of $120. I have sent an email to one class explaining the situation, and a ticket has been opened for me. Unfortunately it has been about 5 days since I received that automated response, with not actual contact from a customer service rep. Once the issue is resolved (refund and cancel my plan), I will gladly change my review rating. Thanks.Edit: Took one week for the oneclass team to respond to me, after I sent them several. They have suspended my account making it impossible for me to cancel my subscription, while they continue to charge me $40/month. Do not purchase a plan with them, use coursehero.Edit #2: they have blocked my access to login to my account, rendering it impossible for me to login and deactivate my account. Continue to charge me monthly. I have sent a total of 7 emails including a best number they could reach me, over the course of 2 weeks, haven't received a response. All I would like is my last months premium refunded and to cancel my account. I have booked meetings with my bank and better business bureau. We will sort this mess out. I will continue to post updates.

One Class are rip off artists. My daughter hasn't been in school for 5 years. They continue to charge my credit card annually even though I request a refund each year. Don't trust them with your card info!!!!!zz

Like everyone else posting here I too have been scammed by this company two times now. I subscribed to one class in 2018 and have since been out of school. I purchased the one year plan as I thought it would be more economical for me throughout the school year. In 2019 when it came time to cancel, It was my own fault in forgetting to cancel, so I did get charged for another year, fine that's okay. But I do DISTINCTLY remember clicking the cancellation of it afterwards, thinking I wouldn't have to come back to the account to make sure it was cancelled for the next year, I didn't get a cancellation receipt or any change to my account but I didn't think anything of it. Anyways, come to 2020, I see I have been charged for an ADDITIONAL YEAR!?!?!? Of course I try to reach out to customer service and they ask for a cancellation receipt?? Are you kidding?? Even after trying to cancel this year literally clicking the button 20 times, there is no cancellation receipt emailed to you, no change to your account, so I had to make sure I took a damn video for when I'm sure they will do this AGAIN to me next year. Don't even try to email their customer service, because it will just go unanswered. They send their generic send us a picture of your receipt and we'll fix it for you

Major Pyramid Scheme vibes****Many of the 5 or 4 star reviews on here are from people who have uploaded notes and may have an opportunity to receive some form of compensation for their positive review*See below for advise*Not a recent experience:Predatory Business with a poor quality notes and bad-billing practices.Was charged for a yearly membership because I clicked a document by accident. I think it was 12 seconds after my membership expired. Was a headache to get my money backI suspect they're trained to stall the cancellation/refund process until the time to make a claim with your credit card company is up.**********Tips to get your money back:*****************Only contact them through email so you have a record of your conversations and when you tired to contact them.If they don't reply, send an email every day and keep them as records.If cancelling save proofs and timestamps and email it to your credit card company. The return process will be better.Don't admit to any fault over the phone or email- just say you would like to get your money back and why.Threatening to get your credit card company involved makes them more receptive to your emails.Pros:Final and Midterm Study guides are a great review toolbut use them with caution because they're usually missing things.Reply fast to emails (but do not action) when you threaten to get your credit card company involved (and stop replying when you do get them involved)Cons:Not helpful when contacting them over the phone.95% of the notes are incomplete or outdatedOnly have notes for key courses which are usually mandatoryNo quality controlI've seen notes that are completely text directly copied from in-class slide-decks.If you use this service (in my opinion) it may be academic misconnect and you should use it at your own risk.They've have ad-space on campus but doesn't seem like they've seem vetted.Everything said in this review is my opinion

This service is a complete SCAM and money grab, when you sign up for an account they charge you on an ongoing basis and depending on the length of your membership they bill you the same amount with no option to cancel your receive a refund after you've been billed. I bought a 1-year subscription and I got charged a full years worth over (95$) without knowing their policy and I was denied a full refund even though I hadn't used the service for over 10 months. The notes aren't even useful and a lot of them aren't allowed to be posted as the professor of institutions associate copyrights to the documents.Bottomline other subscribers had similar experiences as mine and I do not recommend giving OneClass access to your credit card.

FRAUD ALERT** paid two years for this service without my knowledge.My credit card information even change before the subscription renewal and without any consent or knowledge on my part they somehow acquired and updated my new information through my google account. I noticed the charge the same day and they refused refund. Cancel your card immediately and do not access this webpage at all!!

They prey on students need for notes. I have made one year subscription which was then renewed the following year, and prices increased around $25 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. When I online chatted with a representative I was told they cannot refund you once they charge your credit card and that it is in their policy. But according to policy before any price increase there will be an email notice and I RECEIVED NONE. They also do not reply to emails and are veryyyyyyyyy rude. I have gotten 5 of my friends to cancel their subscriptions and anyone who reads this review should not subscribe. We are students, we are already tight on money, we DO NOT NEED AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS to prey on us.

Unethical, scamming business. I paid for one year and less than halfway through my subscription I was suddenly unable to log in and the company" had zero history of my membership. I emailed Oneclass and was asked for my credit card information to confirm my subscription and received no replies thereafter. Do not believe the regurgitated lines that they are spitting at reviewers (pasted below). I have tried this email: [email protected] and did not receive any reply. They are most certainly scammers. I never received a refund and I have pursued this issue by filing an official complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).Do not believe the following message:"We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. We were attempting to locate your account but we were unable to find an account under your name. Please email us at [email protected] and include the email associated with your OneClass account and we will look into this issue for you right away.""

I NEVER write reviews. I tried cancelling my annual subscription with them but was still charged the annual subscription fee of $119. Not to mention their very in-compassionate No full or partial refund" policy when I asked for a refund the exact DAY it showed up on my transactions!! My sister and I were using the service
