Love this studio, happy I checked it out. Clean, modern, friendly staff, great classes

I recently wanted to get back into yoga because my therapist suggested taking classes would help with my anxiety, stress and improve on my sleep. I signed up for the yogi $60 and my first class was Go with the Flow on a Saturday afternoon with Logan Kitchener and honestly after taking her class I wanted to sign a monthly membership. Even though the classes can be pricey its worth purchasing monthly passes as they provide benefits and opportunities. Yena is also an amazing instructor as well. Worth purchasing and conveniently located downtown Ottawa. Hoping to have afternoon classes on the weekdays as well. Overall, great yoga studio, clean and staff are friendly and. helpful.

Really lovely and friendly studio. I signed up for the one-month trial and have subsequently bought a few 5-class passes because I enjoyed it so much. Staff is knowledgeable and the sign-up/check-in process is seamless. The studio is always clean and provides a perfect, calm environment to push your practice. Great range of classes for all skill levels.

I have been attending Logan's (@yoga.with.lo) classes at Elevate for sometime now and it has been a delightfully peaceful experience. The Elevate environment is calming and serene and Logan embraces that in her teachings. Her teachings are amazing for keeping you connected to your breath and your intentions for each practice.

They have amazing helpful staff and a very beautiful space for yoga classes. Highly recommend getting the New Yogi pass for people that want to try it out!

I love this place. Such a friendly, welcoming vibe. Everyone is so kind and each instructor brings their own unique and wonderful energy. I always leave the studio feeling so peaceful and blessed. Thank you!

Rob is an absolute pro! Next level teaching - always humbled and learning new things (and I’ve been practising for 15+ years). Love the variety and depth of his knowledge and experience. His teacher training program is fabulous also!

Absolutely love this place! If you are new, you can pay $50 to have 1 month unlimited class. Instructors are friendly and super helpful.
