Dr. Shian Gu is the WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN. He's impatient and charges you whenever he can. All he cares about is the money. You're better off going to the Walk-In clinic downstairs.

I've been seeing Dr. Killick as my GP for many years. I find his actions to be understanding and knowledgeable. He likes to keep conversation light and can throw in a few good jokes too which I appreciate. Although I have only seen Dr. Bitonti on a few occasions, its obvious that she is also a very caring and intelligent doctor. 4/5 rating as I do trust the medical advice and guidance given by this office. Often, I feel they may be overworked which may be reflected by the manners exhibited by the receptionists. They are dealing with potentially difficult patients every day so perhaps I should be more lenient.
