Neil is amazing at his job and leaves no rock unturned. Very thorough, professional and informational. Couldn't have asked for any more or any better bang for your buck. Prairie Building Inspections
Did my inspection in the morning, I walked through with Neil @ 11:00AM and had my full inspection report back by 2:00. Great service done in a timely manner which is appreciated when your an anxious or excited home buyer. Neil also has some equipment for looking at hot and cold spots in walls that other businesses did not have.We recommend Neil 100%

We had two home inspections done by Neil and he was absolutely fabulous to deal with. He was incredibly professional, and answered any additional questions we had in great detail. The reports themselves were incredibly thorough and very well laid out and easy to go through.We have had home inspections done on other properties in the past, and although they were fine, we will always be using Prairie Building Inspections going forward because of how thorough and professional they were.We would give Neil a million stars if we could!
