Honestly I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the reviews. Evidently the 5 star review speaks for itself. There was one girl on and she was incredibly sweet and friendly. Very chatty and social and the pretzel I had was delicous. Love the original pretzels. The sweet girl was completly alone and sadly people fail to realize how difficult it is for a child to run a store on thier own. The girl-Paige- was incredibly sweet and welcoming that I will definitely be returning for the customer service and original pretzels. 100% recommend!

Amazing pretzels and staff! I was there today at about 1:30pm on November 11th, 2022. There was only 2 girls working and the mall was packed they did an amazing job delivering fresh pretzels with little to no wait and amazing customer service. Even when there was a few rude customers the girl at the cash register still had amazing customer service at kept a smile on her face! I am so impressed with this establishment and HIGHLY recommend you try their original pretzel with cheese dip it is 10/10!

The pretzels are great.The service is terrible.Watched a girl rub her nose then serve food.Another girl was playing with her hair then serving food.I am surprised the health board hasn't shut them down.

Great customer service and love the pretzels! When I arrived & ordered theree was a short wait for pretzels to be prepared as they were busy and had sold out. The young girls ( Tessa & Paige) explained that there would be a short wait as the pretzels were baking :).

I wasn't expecting it to be as soft as it was. I think I'm overcooking mine at home cause these were a million times better! Kids loved it too, and are begging for more. Caramel is a bit spicy but that's alright, we still enjoyed it

This will probably be the next place to shut down. Went here multiple times 10/10 times they barley have anything. Ask them how long it will take to make some pretzel bites and they say “we aren’t making any at the moment, we have to wait for the dough to rise” . Just pure laziness. It’s never busy. I wonder why.

Came in a couple nights ago and got the most delicious tasting pretzel! Paige was working was an amazing worker made my pretzel taste so much better compared to when I came the week before! Thank you

Tried the garlic and Parmesan pretzel., it was decent. Not so fresh but over all okayish..
