Aer Lingus

I had booked a flight from YYZ to DUB for April 21 rtn April 28 confirmation 2CT7ZJI never received a follow up email, I went to check today and realized that it was past due and went to pay, not able.I tried online correspondence with no luck in the 3 times I tried , it kept disconnecting .So I tried calling, the first time after being on hold for 30 mins I got hung up on , so I called back and waited another 20 minutes and was told there is nothing they can do and when I asked to follow up with a manager she hung up on me.I am sorry that I expected a big airline to be able to send an automated email, requesting payment, but with any other travel company I have dealt with it has never been an issue.I have waited 3 years to finally be able to see a far away family in Curragh and now I won't be able to because of an email that never got sent.

Terrible check-in experience, adding to the stress of flying home from a foreign country, and unprofessional cabin crew. Multiple plane seats were also broken and impossible to sit in. Worse than Ryanair.

Worst airline I’ve ever been in contact with in my entire life. Do yourself a favour and never EVER book with them! They do zero refunds and are completely disorganized and unprofessional.

Huge shout out to Aer Lingus, return flight from Dublin to Canada was great, in-flight crew fantastic people !! couldn’t do enough to help ,overall a great experience and would recommend Aer Lingus to anybody

I'm yet to fly with them (unfortunately can't cancel the ticket). But their customer service is terrible.Call them and you'll be on hold for 30-40 minutes, then they hand up on you. Call and wait 40 minutes again, ask to speak to a supervisor. They tell you that supervisor will call you back in next 24 hours. Guess what? Never got a call.Meanwhile, after selling you a non refundable ticket they decrease the price and refuse to reimburse the difference. Pathetic!

Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a ticket with them. They are not serious. I lost more than 1200 CAD with them.

what a remarkable experience your company have but not in returning my baggage which u lost it before one week ... I called your reputed company several times and you always reply in the same way that you r waiting for confirmation ....it is really a shame for not returning my baggage till today .......Aer Lingus #LOST #BAGGAGE #shame #NEWCOMER #CANADA #travel
