We used Whitewater for our renovation and I can't say I'd recommend. No issues during the install and reno process but 6 months on, we had to call another plumber to come in due to water pressure and heating issues. It turned out that the softener was not turned on properly when it was installed so the hard water has been causing issues since our move in. We had to replace our water heater and several pipes/valves due to the poor install. Perhaps it was just a poor installer but regardless, it cost us a lot more in the end since we had to repair their work.

Whitewater Plumbing was fantastic to work with! they provided a free quote, and their prices were very competitive. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to provide us with numerous options for our kitchen and bathroom reno/install made us very comfortable to move forward with their services. I highly recommend and will certainly use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Whitewater went above and beyond on our water softener install. It turns out it's not easy to find a softener in Canada that isn't branded Culligan, but Paul searched high and low until he found something that fixed the issues at our old farmhouse. Installation was prompt and seamless and he left his card for any future needs. Great service and a friendly style. The overall price was very competitive. Thanks guys, hope we can count on you again in the future.

Whitewater Plumbing is AMAZING! We just bought a house in Brockville, called with very little notice after we notice we needed an immediate pipe update. Whitewater assessed the project, and was there the next day to complete the job. Very professional, kind, proficient!! I haven’t had water in my house since this past Sunday. I called whitewater on Monday and got a call back on Tuesday. I told them that I thought the issue was with my well pump but wasn’t sure. They said they wouldn’t be able to help me until Friday (which was today today).In fairness to White Water, I said that I would try to fix it myself in the meantime but I booked the appointment for Friday and said I’d cancel if I got it going. I didn’t cancel and took the day off work for the appointment. No one came and I called 2 or 3 times today and still haven’t heard back, so likely going several more days without any water at all until I can get a new plumber in.Wish I would have at least gotten a returned phone call so I could get a jump start on someone else instead of losing all of this time over the weekend. I see others have had a much better experience so I’m sure mine was isolated, but not super happy about my experience.

I contacted the owner Paul to get a quote to install a new main water valve. Paul provided pricing the same day I contacted him and was able to schedule the work for the following week. I was very happy with the work and would recommend Whitewater Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs in the future.

We have had Whitewater plumbing in for two occurrences over the last few months (electric hot water heater replacement and pinhole copper plumbing leak) and have been so happy with their responsiveness, quality of work, honesty and shared knowledge. Whitewater Plumbing Inc. did a fantastic job installing our new dishwasher! Paul was punctual, professional and did an efficient job of installation of our new DW and removal of our old one. He took the time to show me how it would function after the job was complete, and asked me to contact him if any issues. Paul installed a pressure system in my daughter's house on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. He was on time for the Initial assessment and researched for her to find the right system for her house with apartment upstairs. Was very professional, fast, efficient and affordable. Plus removed the old system from the property so she did not have to find a place to get rid of it. We will use again for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
