Rockliffe Manor
Beautifully maintained building, however I was extremely disappointed to hear that they are not allowing pets anymore, which is in violation of the Landlord and Tenant act in Ontario. A notice was slipped under each resident's door recently advising no new pets would be allowed. Beverly Rockliffe is a prolific supporter of Oakville and Milton Humane Society so it was disheartening and disappointing to hear that a building she owns is trying to implement a rule that is not only illegal, but will undoubtedly result in family pets being surrendered to the very Humane Society she supports.

Nice building in a great location, but building management is over zealous in their overseeing of the building, almost to the point of harassment. Also the no dogs policy contravenes the Residential Tenancies Act so who knows what other tenant rights they step on.

Worst management ever. They will blame Covid for all their delays to procure the equipment and you will know this only the day you enter the apartment after having signed the agreement and paid for everything. Anytime they will schedule works with unbearable noise across the wall in the opposite apartment, WITHOUT NOTICE. You can reach out to them only through email and they will answer if they want, the day they want. The one star is for the location, otherwise it's zero. Beware.
