Been a repeat customer for several years. They were always kind, professional and fair pricing. After my recent chimney cleaning I noticed I was charged a lot more for the same 30 minute job. In 2018 the price was $189 + tax. This year it's $249 + tax. I called the office and ask why the large price jump and I was treated poorly by the representative saying do you Wana talk to the manager or something? I just work here."It's fine. I'll look at other companies or do it myself if I have to.Giving 2 stars because I'll credit them for being great in the past."

I wish I could give zero stars. We had them come out to clean the chimney. They looked at it and said we could not use it and would not clean it, yet they still charged us the full price for the cleaning. They didn’t even put the top back on properly. Avoid this company.

These guys were great. Arrived on time and worked in blizzard-like conditions on my roof to check on my chimney liner. They gave me honest advice and a report on my chimney condition along with photos. Will look to them for future chimney work.
