Conor and team completely renovated our backyard; extending and renovating our garage, building a new deck attached to our garage, re-cladding our back porch deck, building a stone pathway around the perimeter of our lawn to get to our back porch & garage, and regrading and re-sodding our backyard.Of the various contractors we met with, Conor was the only one who was immediately able to suggest a cost-effective solution to our garage which we needed to extend and repair. From the beginning of the process -- determining a scope of work consistent with our budget - to the project's completion, working with Conor was a great experience. There's integrity in his work and he possesses a keen eye for detail, identifying issues in either our design or pre-reno backyard that he was able to remedy. Furthermore as our design changed over a few iterations, he was amenable to whatever we threw at him.We look forward to working with Tremayne Renovations on our next project!

Conor and his Tremayne team did an outstanding job to finish on time and on budget!! Daily communication and updates were provided by Conor so there were no surprises. Conor and team did a full exterior renovation for my Victorian Semi. the work included front and rear garden, fencing, paving, construction of porch stairs, fascia, siding and significant renovation of brickwork.The projects came in on time and budgetUnder Conors leadership the team were excellent, worked well together and were always a pleasure to deal with, including accommodating the interests of my young son in construction techniques!As expected there were a number of questions and issues that come up in a job like this, but every time I found Conor to be organized, timely in briefing and a pleasure to coordinate with. he has great attention to detail and was always willing to listen to changes in brief or design. we always got to a positive solution.all in all I would certainly recommend the team and have booked them for further work since this job.thanks to the team we are still getting positive feedback on the look of the house and the work they completed

Conor and his crew at Tremayne Renovations recently completed a significant garage renovation including a home office and a backyard makeover for us. Tremayne completed our backyard renovation and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Conor and his team were wonderful to work with. They stayed on budget and kept to the original timeline. I’ve already recommended Conor at Tremayne Renovations to friends and family. I was absolutely thrilled with the job he did on some very difficult concrete work that spanned a property line. Conor developed and explained a plan for the work. He was on time, on budget and gets top marks for communication. He kept everyone involved updated on the work and any changes that were required to the plan and the price. The working conditions were less than ideal but Conor and his team were always upbeat and a delight to work with. The final product was beautiful and so much better than I could have imagined. His work has definitely increased my property value. My neighbour was very happy and impressed with the work and called him about another job she had.
